It’s easy to forget the reason people come to your site. They have an objective or goal. They want to accomplish something. They are looking for content that solves their problem. The content may be your phone number, hours, location, or a how-to video that helps them understand a concept or process.
When you read your content, does it solve any problems for your customers. Does it offer insight, tips or valuable information? What is the tone of the material? Are you lecturing your audience or are you empathizing with them?
