User Experience: What do I wish I knew about my customer?

Know Your Customrs

It could be one of the most important User Experience questions you get to ask.

The user experience of your design will determine the success of it. I have seen decisions made and solutions created without the best information. Instead of spending large sums of time and money to only refresh the look of your website, spend some time with your customers and ask them what you need to know.

Start right now and write down questions that you can ask your customers that will help you better understand their goals and objectives. In our experience your customers will help guide you to the best solutions and the best user experience when interacting with your products or service.

  • Write a list of things you wish you new about your customers.
  • Start a conversation.
  • Take those insights and build them into your business.
  • Make things that help your customers. (That includes your website.)

Think better... No Noise. RT @emollick: Noise pollution is worse than you think: a 10db noise increase (from dishwasher to vacuum) drops productivity by 5%.
